The process starts when we receive your 3D model, whereupon our experts develop an initial design plan taking your test specifications into account.

The actual toolmaking only begins once we have your approval, which we can carry out almost 100% in-house thanks to our modern machinery and high vertical range of manufacture.
Once assembled, every chamber undergoes extensive tests under helium to ensure the required leak tightness. This is a service not provided by everyone in the industry.
In addition to the test chamber itself, we can also provide you with complete packages on request, which include all the tubing, pipework, and electrical connections so that they can be easily integrated into your helium leak detection system. An extra that can save you a lot of time, effort, and money.
