helium leak detection systems
Modular helium
leak test systems (MLTS)
Our modular helium leak test systems, MLTS for short, provide a sophisticated, flexible and cost- optimised solution for many leak-testing applications.
While many systems often operate with universally applicable test chambers, our MLTS relies on volume-optimised test tools. This means that we use test chambers that are precisely tailored to the respective test specimen.
Helium leak test systems –
customised solutions
Every customer has their own specifications and every project has its own requirements. Our individual, customised helium leak test solutions are used wherever standard applications are not sufficient.
For this purpose, we develop high-performance systems that are precisely customised to the requirements of each project.
Helium
recovery plants
Helium is a scarce commodity. It cannot be produced chemically. Currently, it can only be extracted as a by-product of natural gas production. However, political, technical and logistical challenges are hampering the reliable extraction and export of the noble gas from helium-rich natural gas sources. This situation is contributing to an increased global shortage of the resource and is causing prices to rise significantly.
Toolmaking
Test specimen holder and toolmaking at Seiler Vakuumtechnik. Every test chamber that we produce is unique and has its very own set of requirements.
The process starts when we receive your 3D model, whereupon our experts develop an initial design plan taking your test specifications into account.
Outsourced
helium leak detection
at a fee
We do a leak test on your prototypes and small production batches – reliably and cost-effectively. Our outsourced leak detection service provides you with a pragmatic and cost-effective solution for test specimens up to 1.2 metres in width and 2 metres in length. This service allows you to have your parts and components tested for leaks by trained specialists using our modern, calibrated helium leak detection systems without having to invest in a system of your own.
